He loves his prog, does Nick.

Nick's new studio, based in Cariad Drums in Bridgend. Does everything that Oakwood Church Studios did, the mixes sound great here.

The top progressive rock studios in South Wales. (Nick has now moved to Nick Lloyd Music Studios)

Owned by Nick Lloyd this converted church retains its arched wooden ceiling and stone walls for a natural reverb that even the best plugins can't emulate. It was an easy choice for us to record our debut album here, the drum sound oozes quality and atmosphere, just awesome.
The ease of bringing our Logic demos to Oakwood and Nick's work ethic and skill has made the songs come to life.
If you need to record your music we would highly recommend Oakwood Church Studios.

Nick Lloyd

Producer/Engineer and Owner of Oakwood Church Studios.

I've known Nick for years and was happy that he'd be a safe pair of engineering hands to trust our album with. His knowledge of microphones and recording skills is unsurpassed, always up to date with the latest studio plugins and gear, why would we choose to record with anyone else, he also happens to be a top bloke as well. Cheers mate.

Julian Broome

Transport, Cameraman Editor and Runner.

Surrounding the band with people you can rely on is essential and Julian has been helping out for years. As driver and photo biographer for Ezra, never far from a Magenta video shoot or gig, and present on the Fyreworks, Dutch adventure and I'm sure he's helped out the Kentish Spires (I'll check that one)
You would imagine Julian to be the biggest prog-rock fan in Wales, but despite what the (edited) photo says JB will tell you he hates prog.....Hawkwind (space rock) being his main musical passion and anything cosmic, we've been to some cool gigs, Gong, Huw Lloyd-Langton and we once saw The Invisible Opera Company of Tibet.
JB has been recording the Ra sessions so we have some editing to do at some stage. Cheers mate.
